SPIN: Decentralized Swarm Control via Tensorized Policy Coordination

This paper introduces the Swarm Policy Interference Network (SPIN) framework for decentralized multi-agent swarm coordination. SPIN models swarm topologies as a compressed tensor network to overcome exponential scaling bottlenecks and high-latency communication overhead.
