Characterizing AlphaEarth Embedding Geometry for Agentic Environmental Reasoning

This research characterizes the manifold geometry of Google AlphaEarth's 64-dimensional embeddings, derived from 12.1 million US samples. It reveals a non-Euclidean structure with low effective dimensionality, which is then leveraged by an agentic system for environmental reasoning.
