I tested 8 LLMs as tabletop GMs - a 27B model beat the 405B on narrative quality

The author developed an agentic and model-agnostic tabletop RPG GM, testing 8 LLMs to evaluate narrative quality. Surprisingly, a 27B model outperformed a 405B model in generating desirable atmosphere and narration for gameplay.
