Agentic Knowledge Base — Karpathy's LLM wiki, with adapters

The author built a wiki structure on top of TickTick, inspired by Karpathy's LLM Wiki, to organize durable knowledge and improve information retrieval. While semantic search was already in place, the missing piece was a structured approach for distinguishing durable knowledge from ephemeral tasks, specifically catering to LLM readers.
