Healthcare Mechanisms from Policy-as-Code Search under Strategic Provider Response

This paper recasts hospital mechanism design as program synthesis for language models, evaluated by a multi-agent simulator considering five strategic provider response channels. The research recovers classical health-economics findings and synthesizes an inspectable mix through LLM-guided evolutionary code search.
