This study introduces a novel, AI-driven framework for assessing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance in European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). An AI agent system classifies ESG and generates contextual recommendations, demonstrating high consistency with human-derived outputs and supporting the European Green Deal.
