Rethinking Publication: A Certification Framework for AI-Enabled Research

This paper proposes a two-layer certification framework for publications, separating knowledge quality assessment from human contribution in AI-enabled research. It allows publication systems to consistently handle pipeline-generated work, categorizing contributions as pipeline-reachable, human-directed, or beyond human reach.
