YouTube is putting AI labels where you’ll actually see them

YouTube is enhancing its AI verification efforts by making AI disclosures more prominent on Shorts and long-form videos. The new labels, directly stating "AI," will appear below the video player, above the description, and YouTube will also automatically identify and label AI-generated content.
