Stratoclave: a tenant-aware credit gateway for Amazon Bedrock — now with OpenAI codex support

Stratoclave is an open-source gateway designed to manage and track the usage of AI models on Amazon Bedrock, including Claude Code and OpenAI's codex. It provides per-user credit management without needing complex backend services, operating as a FastAPI service on AWS ECS Fargate.
