Launching the seo-performance MCP

The seo-performance-mcp is a new Model Context Protocol server designed for post-live SEO triage, analyzing data from Google Search Console, GA4, Matomo, Clarity, and AI citations per URL. It provides a verdict for each post (refresh, expand, merge, kill, double_down, hold) with explicit reason codes.
