A longitudinal health agent framework

This research proposes a multi-layer framework and AI agent architecture to support longitudinal health tasks such as symptom management and patient support. It aims to enhance adaptation, coherence, continuity, and user agency across repeated interactions, addressing shortcomings in current implementations.
