Daniel Moreno-Gama is facing federal charges for allegedly attempting to kill OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and attack OpenAI's headquarters. He was arrested after throwing a Molotov cocktail at Altman's home and attempting to break into the HQ, stating his intent to burn it down and kill people inside.
