OpenAI has reportedly agreed to pay Cerebras over $20 billion over three years for its AI chips and server technology, in a deal that could also give OpenAI a stake in the chip startup. This partnership aims to boost OpenAI's supercomputers and inference capabilities with Cerebras' wafer-scale chip technology.
